ISSHR emphasizes especially on the application of modern Science & Technology to address women’s and children’s rights issues including gender based violence, human trafficking, sexual assaults, female genital mutilation (FGM), the commercial sexual exploitation of children (CSEC), and child marriage. We integrate various fields of expertise and offer a multifaceted approach to more fully address the most urgent human rights crises around the globe.

We are founded under the conviction that human civilization has arrived at a unique position in it’s history, with our collective understanding of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics, to be able to secure significant contributions towards solving human rights issues across the globe. We are confident that the International STEM Society for Human Rights, armed with scientific knowledge, perspective, and it’s application in the form of novel technologies and initiatives, will present to be an invaluable tool in ensuring that the fundamental dignity and truth of the rights of every human being, is unfailingly protected and preserved.

At any given time, significant numbers of the human population are faced with violence and oppression, especially women and children, who so often are abused in the most atrocious and inexcusable ways. This is a reality that has existed since the dawn of humankind, and it is time that these fundamental problems are met with the same attention and focus as other valiant efforts involving the overall growth and progression of our civilization. We all need to work together in ensuring that human beings both as a civilization, and as individuals, survive and flourish throughout future times.
